TOURNAMENT RULES:
Only C.H.A. and O.M.H.A. rules will apply. All decisions by referees and Tournament Committee are
final.
SUSPENSIONS:
Suspensions will be governed by the O.M.H.A. Manual of Operations.
REGISTRATION:
All
teams must present approved C.H.A. cards or On Line rosters signature sheets and sign in one hour before participating in
their first game.
DRESSING
ROOM CONDUCT:
The
Tournament Committee is requesting the assistance of team players and officials to help keep the dressing rooms tidy at the
conclusion of each game. Please encourage your players to use the waste containers

Team officials are requested to do a inspect their
dressing rooms immediately after their players have left and report any damage or untidiness
2.
As a courtesy to the incoming teams please keep showers
short and exit the dressing rooms as quickly as possible.
GAMES
1)
Each team is guaranteed 3 games in Preliminary Round .
2)
In the Preliminary Round, teams are awarded points as follows:
2 points for each period won
1
point for each period tied.
3
points for a game win
1.5
points for a game tie
0
points for game loss
3)
MIDGET:
i. First place team from each division advances to the Quarter Final Round.
ii. Second and Third place teams advance to preliminary finals
with winners advancing to Quarter Final Round.
4) BANTAM:
First & second place teams advance to quarter final game with winners advancing to Semi Final
Round.
5)
In case of teams tied for advance position:
i) Winner of game against each other advances
ii)
Team with Total Goals for in Preliminary Round advances
iii) Team with fewest goals
against in Preliminary Round advances.
iv) Team with fewest Penalty Minutes in Preliminary Games counted
as per Rule 8.1 (e) of OMHA Manual of Operations advances
v) Winner of Coin Toss advances.
BANTAM Playing times:
- Preliminary games are 10 - 10 - 15. No overtime or shoot out
- Quarter final games are 10 - 10 - 10 with 10 minute sudden victory overtime.
If tied, a 5 man victory shoot out with players shooting simultaneously.
- Semi-Final games are 10 - 10 - 15 (with a 10 minute sudden victory overtime).
If tied, a 5 man victory shoot out with players shooting simultaneously.
- Final Games** are 10 - 15 - flood - 15 (with a 10 minute sudden victory overtime).
If tied, a 5 man victory shoot out with players shooting simultaneously.
** Game Sheets for ALL Final games are to indicate the sequence of the 5 players for shootout.
In the event that a player listed for shootout is suspended during the game, the coach will indicate an alternate shooter
in that players position. If no score, or score still tied after first round
of the victory shoot out, the victory shootout sequence will be repeated. IF no score after the 5 players, the same 5 will
repeat.

Regional
tournaments must accept teams from their area first to fill their tournaments. You
must apply to the Regional tournament in your area if you wish to go to a Silver Stick Tournament. If you are not accepted into the Regional tournament in your area, you may apply to other Silver Stick
Regionals providing proof that you applied to the Regional in your area.
